What are your payment options?

Loan repayment

You can pay the entire loan on or before the due date without any additional cost.
You can check the total amount to be paid and payment terms for the loan by logging in to your Fino.lk account.

Loan term extension

No worries, fino.lk offers an option to extend your loan terms for 14 or 30 days.
Details on extending the loan term can be found by logging into your Fino.lk account.


How to pay?

You can pay the loan easy and convenient through the following ways:

Cargills Food City Cargills Food City

Visit any of Cargills food city branches. Fill in the Cargills bank deposit slip with the following information and hand over to the cashier:

  • Service Provider name: S F Group PVT LTD
  • Reference: your Loan agreement number
  • Your National Identity Card number (NIC)
  • Mobile number
  • Fill the amount you wish to pay
  • Enter your name as depositors name.

After the transaction is completed, you will be notified via SMS of your loan status. Payment booking is done during our office hours and can take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive SMS after this time, please contact us via our customer service hotline

Note: Each time a payment is made, please forward a clear picture of the payment receipt via WhatsApp or Viber to our 0742455911. Make sure that your Loan agreement number/ID Number is clearly written on the payment receipt.

Payments via bank branches (Via Counter and Cash Deposit Machines) Payments via bank branches (Via Counter and Cash Deposit Machines)

To make your loan repayments via Sampath bank branches, fill in the Sampath bank CASH deposit slip with the following information and hand it over to the teller along with your money:

  • Account holder’s name: S F Group (PVT) LTD
  • Account Number: 007910005116
  • Write down your Loan agreement number in the Narration Field
  • Your National Identity Card number (NIC)
  • Fill the amount you wish to pay

To make your loan repayments via Cargills bank branches, fill in the Cargills bank CASH deposit slip with the following information and hand it over to the teller along with your money:

Go to one of more than 800 kiosks, and select “Fino.lk” option under “Banking and leasing” category:

  • Enter your Loan agreement number
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Enter your National Identity Card number (NIC)
  • Complete the payment and keep your payment receipt
