Make your payment through Pay & Go online payment gateway:

• Enter your Loan agreement number.
• Enter your mobile phone number.
• Enter the Loan amount you with to repay or Extension fee you wish to pay.
• Complete your payment details and keep your payment receipt.

Go to one of more than 800 kiosks, and select “Fino.lk” option under “Banking and leasing” category:

• Enter your Loan agreement number.
• Enter your mobile phone number.
• Enter your National Identity Card number (NIC)
• Complete your payment details and keep your payment receipt.

After the transaction is completed, you will be notified via SMS of your loan status. If you don’t receive confirmation SMS, please contact us via our customer service hotline.

Complete your payment and keep a screenshot of your payment receipt.

To make your loan repayments via Sampath bank branches, fill in the Sampath bank CASH deposit slip with the following information and hand it over to the teller along with your money:

• Account holder’s name: S F Group (PVT) LTD
• Account Number: 007910005116
• Write down your Loan agreement number in the Purpose and Source of funds Field (COMPULSORY!)
• Your National Identity Card number (NIC)
• Fill the Loan repayment or Extension fee amount you wish to pay.

After the transaction is completed, you will be notified via SMS of your loan status. Payment processing is done during our office hours and can take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive confirmation SMS, please contact us via our customer service hotline.

Note: Each time a payment is made, please make sure that your Loan agreement number/NIC number is clearly written on a clear picture of the payment receipt and uploaded to fino.lk/payments. Please type the paid date according to the format (dd/mm/yyyy) and type the NIC number which is registered with us while uploading the slip.
